This space exists to support your return to the body — so your inner truth and outer life align.

Over the next 8 weeks, we will move through:

Awareness → Integration → Transformation → Incorporation.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to yourself.

How to Use This Space

Each week includes:

• A live 90-minute session
• Reflection prompts
• Embodied practices
• Human Design integration
• A space for questions and integration

This is not a content-heavy program.

Depth happens live.
Integration happens through reflection.
Authority develops through practice.

  • Self-responsibility is expected.

It is not a therapy space, advice forum, or emotional processing channel.

You are welcome to share:

• Integration reflections
• Awareness shifts
• Questions for self-inquiry

• No rescuing or fixing
• Keep messages reflective, not reactive
• No expectation of immediate response
• I will respond within 24 hours where appropriate

Some reflections do not require facilitator feedback.

This space strengthens discernment and self-leadership.
