Perri’s work is grounded in trauma-informed counselling and shaped by a deep understanding of how experiences live in the body, nervous system, and relational field.

Working from a bottom-up approach to healing — meaning we don’t begin by analysing or fixing the story. Instead, we start with the body: creating safety, awareness, and capacity so your system can process what it’s been holding.

As safety builds, many people naturally access deeper insight, clarity, and guidance from within. I hold this aspect with respect and grounding — allowing intuitive awareness to emerge without bypassing the body or nervous system.

Attachment-Informed & Relational

Our early relationships shape how we experience safety, closeness, boundaries, and self-worth. I work with these patterns gently and relationally — noticing how they show up in the body, emotions, and present-day relationships.

Sessions are paced, collaborative, and responsive. You are not pushed to relive or retell experiences before your system is ready. We listen to what your body is communicating and work from there.

I offer two distinct, complementary ways of working — each supporting deep integration, self-connection, and sustainable change.

Holistic COUNSELLING

Holistic counselling recognises clients as whole beings — not a collection of symptoms, roles, or diagnoses, but layered, evolving women with stories, wounds, and wisdom that deserve to be held with care.

Sessions are grounded, relational, and nervous-system aware. Together, we create a safe and attuned space to explore whatever is asking for attention, including:

  • Birth and perinatal trauma

  • Identity shifts and matrescence

  • Relationship and attachment challenges

  • Parenting and family dynamics

  • Anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional regulation

  • Meaning-making and inner questioning during times of transition

  • Loss and grief

Somatic Belief Integration Session

This extended 2-hour session is a deeper, more focused offering designed to support belief-level change and nervous-system integration.

It blends somatic counselling, belief-based inquiry, and embodied awareness, with gentle intuitive attunement used only where appropriate and supportive.

The focus is on:

  • Identifying unconscious patterns held in the body and nervous system

  • Working with childhood imprints and protective responses

  • Building internal regulation and self-resourcing

  • Creating the conditions for sustainable, embodied change

Touch is not a primary component of this work. It may be used sparingly and only with clear consent when it supports nervous-system regulation and safety.

This session is particularly supportive for clients who:

  • Have done intuitive or energetic healing and want to ground the work into the body

  • Feel “aware” of their patterns but struggle to shift them

  • Are ready to move beyond insight into integration

  • Want a bottom-up, embodied approach to belief change
